摘要
This paper proposes an interleaved active clamp flyback (IACF) converter modified for higher power efficiency and power density. On the basis of the traditional IACF, by swaping the active clamp branch and transformer branch of a phase ACF, the equivalent input voltage of the ACF is increased. Therefore, Under the same conditions, the voltage gain of the converter can be improved. The transformer turns ratio can be designed to be larger to use an appropriate duty cycle. Moreover, the transformer can have a smaller number of turns when the output voltage is determined value. Therefore, the primary conduction loss can be reduced. The proposed converter adopts a non-complementary control strategy. The power density of the converter can be further increased. Finally, the efficiency and the primary conduction loss of the proposed converter was verified by simulation results.
