摘要
In the process of economic transformation, the enterprise logistics cost has been becoming more and more important factors to constraint social and economic benefits, highlighting the short-board effect. In recent years, the situation that logistics costs in our society have been high proportion of GDP shows that China's logistics costs are high. Logistics cost forecast is an important part of cost control and effective logistics forecasting method is a prerequisite of cost control. Based on the careful analysis of business cost environment, the method can provide a decision support forecasting for the logistics industry, and further to control the cost of logistics enterprises.
