摘要
This paper focused on exploring factors influencing customer satisfaction and catering group-buying. Firstly, a research model was established on the basis of literature review. And then, a questionnaire survey was successfully conducted on the internet and by field research as well. The data collected was analyzed with SPSS software to find out key influencing factors and the relations between customer satisfactions and repurchase intention. Finally, corresponding suggestions were offered for catering enterprises to enhance customer satisfaction and stimulate repurchase intention.
