Heterologus expression and characterization of ligninolytic laccase from Coriolus versicolor

摘要
A cDNA cording for ligninolytic laccase(laccaseIII) from the white-rot basidiomycete Coriolus versicolor was introduced into Aspergillus oryzae. Transformants carrying a plasmid containing the laccase III cDNA under the control of the glucoamylase (gla A) gene promoter of A. oryzae secrete active recombinant enzyme. The recombinant enzyme has a similar molecular weight and antigenic properties as the purified native laccaseIII.
