Consumers' perceptions of silk clothing quality

摘要
Consumers perceptions of silk clothing quality had received few research attentions. This article was designed to search how consumers perceived silk clothing quality. Results suggested that: (1) Consumers perceived quality from 7 dimensions and they cared least about external cues. (2) Perceived quality varied with demographic informations. (3) Consumers could be classified into 4 types according to their perceived quality. (4) Reasons for not buying silk clothing.
