Process Improvement and Knowledge Management of High-Tech Enterprises

Knowledge management is one of the important ways for enterprises to gain competitive advantage in the increasingly fierce competitive environment. High-tech enterprises should put their past experience into use for future projects to avoid making the same mistakes. To achieve these goals enterprises should establish knowledge management system to improve the knowledge sharing and promote development efficiency and product quality. We came up with a model to establish the institutionalization of knowledge management combining process improvement to improve the level of high-tech enterprise organizational learning. The result of this paper will provide theoretical and practical reference for high-tech enterprises to implement effective knowledge management.
