摘要：

Energy will become to main constrain of the future development of China, and green power such as water power, wind power and solar power will provide effective means to solve this problem. Wind power generation of China experienced a high-speed development due to supporting polices in recent years. Because of its low economic effect, the speed of wind power development was lower than the last years. Wind power development of China is facing a series of problems now. Most wind power plants were directly affected by shortage of subsidy funds. And instability and long-distance-transportation increased burden of electricity network and leading to wind-abandon to reduce wind power generation.
