摘要
The effects of subway to real estate price are more obviously. To study the range and degree of this effect, taking Harbin No. 1 subway as an example, analyze real-estate price distribution characteristic along the line. Result shows that the subway stations at the centre of the city have a less effect to the house price, rather than have a more effects in range and degree when the subway stations are far away from urban. The impact of subway stations over price of land always focuses on 1 kilometer of range of the centre of the city. Therefore, a new change will happen in real-estate price distribution pattern under the effect of subway planning.
