摘要：

Enterprise's social relationships work on technological innovation greatly. Based on questionnaire on 249 important enterprises in Henan Province, this paper analysed empirically enterprise's social relationships affect technological innovation from four aspects. The results indicated that the relationships between enterprises and universities, scientific research organizations or some enterprises, the relationships between enterprises and clients, providers, and the relationships between enterprises and intellectual property rights agency organizations have prominent positive effect on technology innovation, the relationships between enterprises and government, finance organizations have not prominent positive effect. Based on conclusion, countermeasures in order to optimize technological innovation ability of enterprises were put forward.
