摘要
A procedure has been developed for the synthesis of MgAl2O4 nanopowders with a characteristic particle size of 10-40 nm. Translucent hydrous xerogels have been synthesized as precursors to MgAl2O4. The synthesized magnesium aluminum spinel nanopowders are promising for the fabrication of optical ceramics.
