摘要
The concept of competence is under revision due to its complexity. There are different categories of competences: technique, professional, generic, transferable, emotional, socio-emotional, personal, basic, etc. In this paper, the emotional competences are taken into consideration as a subgroup of personal competences. We propose a conceptualization and a systematic structure of these competences in five great blocks: emotional conscience, emotional regulation, emotional autonomy, social competence, life skills and wellbeing. Thus, we refer to the applications of the emotional competences at the working place, health and the educational context. We present a distinction between emotional intelligence, emotional competition and emotional education for clarity sake.
