摘要
This study aims at investigating the effect of perceived exclusion by tourism sector employees on workplace deviant behaviors. Choosing quantitative research method, a structural equation modelling was established in order to meet this aim. The data were collected with the online questionnaire. The participants of the research consist of blue-collar employees who work in 5-star hotels in Antalya. The analysis of the data collected from 283 people was performed by using SPSS and AMOS package programs. As a result of the analysis, it has been found out that the effect of the perceived exclusion of tourism employees on workplace deviant behaviors has been positive and significant
