摘要：
The aim of this paper is to define the various measure simple mented by EU and ECB to mitigatetheimpactofthecrisis in the euro area and focusing on one of the main EU measures - the creation of Banking union, which effect function in goft he banks and banking sector is considered crucial. We define in the paper the back grounds of the financial crisis in EMU, measures of ECB to prevent the impact of the crisis and we define the main pillar of the banking union and the its influence on the banking sector.
