Sulfate anion-sensing chemical microsensors prepared by the sol-gel membrane technology

摘要
Sol-Gel membrane technique used in the preparation of the ion-sensing membranes of sulfate anion-selective chemical sensors based on field effect transistors was investigated in the low temperature. The sensors prepared with the optimum conditions of sol-gel membrane had excellent properties on accuracy, stability and reproducibility for the measurement in sodium sulfate solutions. The response potential slope was 58+/-1 mV per decade change. The limit of detection for the sensors was 1x10(-6) M in sodium sulfate solutions.
