摘要：
Based on reviewing the characteristics of the disruptive innovation, to explain the causes behind the question of "why the well-managed companies fail", this paper analyses the advantages for SMEs in finding and capturing the opportunities with the help of the disruptive innovation although SMEs are likely to be in the weaker position in the competitive market, and also gives some suggestions to overcome the obstacles in the disruption innovation.
