摘要：
In many corporations the level of available capacity is higher then the level of used capacity in the fields of human and production resources. Such overcapacities are called Organizational Slack. Companies are striving to reduce such unused capacities. But Slack is owning also useful characteristics. The article describs causes, advantages and strategies for using slack especially in the field of innovation management.
