摘要：
According to the System Theory, the environmental variation has the major impact on the system. So, the communication, which is the one of the most environmental elements that has great impacts on the operational risk management in banking of China, has been studied in this paper. It includes the definition of communication and its forms, the role of the communication in the operational risk management in commercial banking of China, and how to strengthen the communications swimmingly in the operational risk management. In the end, some suggestions have been offered that aimed at to enhance the level of operational risk management in banking of China.
