Study on predicting and prevention of gas gushing on coal caving face

摘要
This paper firstly analyses the characters of gas gushing on fully exploited coal caving face, which concludes directed against sources of gas gushing adding, absolute quantity of gas gushing increasing and the relative quantity of gas gushing decreases, bad-distributed feature of gas gushing aggravating, on fully mechanized coal caving face. Then it builds the model of gas gushing on fully mechanized coal caving face and finds a method of calculation gas gushing that is fit to fully mechanized coal caving face though theoretical derivation and on-the-spot test on the foundation of former calculation methods of face-gas gushing. Finally, some prevention measurements are put forward according to characteristics of gas gushing of fully mechanized coal caving face.
