摘要
The purpose of the article was to propose a narrative review of the scientific literature, regarding the remote professional inclusion of people with disabilities in the public and private labor system based on the experiences of the Covid-19 pandemic. The main conclusions to which the research above is that physical disability does not represent an impediment to integration into the labor system, finding in remote work the labor alternative in times of pandemic, for which it is necessary to establish public policies aimed at providing opportunities for access to feasible technologies that enable the integration and development of people with disabilities.
