Key initiative behind Telemedicine is to make available the expertise of specialists or consultants to patients In geographically dispersed locations. In scheme of realizing a vision of bringing healthcare within the reach of every individual,. effective and efficient utilization of this crucial resource i.e. the specialists/consultant is very fundamental. The proposed Telemedicine architecture enables effective and efficient utilization of the crucial resource at low cost.
