摘要：
The Internet is a global facility that is gaining in popularity and usage. Its users are diverse and many, ranging from those interested simply in discussing their favourite films, to groups highlighting human rights issues. Increasingly, and perhaps inevitably, there is a major movement to exploit the Internet for business purposes ("E-Commerce"). The aims of this paper are to identify the main stakeholders in the security of computer-based information systems, the problems of tackling computer security and to advise on issues pertinent to advancing business use of the Internet.
