Voltammetric behavior of ligustrazine hydrochloride on glassy carbon electrode and its application

摘要
The voltammetric behavior of ligustrazine hdyrochloride and its application were studied. In 0.01 mol/L KCl-HCl (pH 2.2) medium, the potential peak for ligustrazine hydrochloride is -0.55 V at a glassy carbon electrdode. A linear relationship between the concentration and the peak current of ligustrazine hydrochloride in the range of 1.0 x 10(-6) similar to 1.0 x 10(-4) mol/L was obtained. This method has high selectivity and has been applied to the direct determination of ligustrazine hydrochloride in injections with satisfactory results. The mechanism of the electrode reaction was also discussed.
