The province of Tungurahua has the highest productivity in the bodybuilder sector of Ecuador, the present study aims to determine the impact of this sector on its suppliers and their economic financial situation. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied covering different variables such as financing, investment, savings, sales, competition, commercial relations and tax compliance. It was obtained that the supplier companies work with their own financing which does not allow the generation of savings, it prevents the realize investments of capital, they assume the financial cost that diminishes its usefulness, which is why they adopt marketing policies that generate the availability of capital. It can be appreciated that half of the materials and supplies for the elaboration of car bodies are domestic production. From 2015 onwards, the products increased due to the application of tariff measures in Ecuador, that affected the production chain, reduced the volumes of acquisition and, therefore, the levels of income and employability.
