摘要
The dictatorial processes in the Hispanic scene during the second half of the twentieth century left deep traces in society that are still dormant today. Two of its maximum expressions are memory policies and educational policies. For this reason, a comparative analysis is proposed between social and political behaviors, from the beginning of the transitions to democracy to the present, which gave rise to certain Memory and Educational Laws in three different spaces (Chile, Argentina and Spain), but with a common starting point, the violation of human rights suffered by the population the dictators. Spain becomes the epicenter of this analysis, as a case study, and the comparison with the remaining two is based on specialized bibliography and Chilean and Argentine teaching materials. The hypothesis shows differences between the three countries when it comes to dealing with the content of human rights violations in education; while Argentina is in the lead, Spain has a long way to go to be able to match the Argentine model.
