Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model and AHP on Road Transportation Risk Evaluation of Hazardous Chemicals

摘要
Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and AMP was applied to evaluate the risk of hazardous chemicals transportation system. This paper started with analyzing the actual situation of hazardous chemicals transportation in China, expounded the main impacts of 6 factors, including characteristics of hazardous chemicals, staff's behavior, transportation vehicles and equipment, road and environment, supervision and management of security, rescue, on the security of transportation system, and also built up an evaluation model with 6 first grade indexes and 22 second grade indexes. By means of fuzzy method and AHP, we got the risk grade of transportation system, which provided the theoretical and decision-making basis and of great significance and value.
