Study on Impacts of Organizational Commitment on Job Performance of Professional Sports Coaches

摘要
The research is based on a point-survey to 262 professional sports coaches in China, in which scales of structure in Job Performance and Organizational Commitment. We learn the facts that there has no significant differences in Job Performance between the gender and competition results; there exists significant differences on gender variables in terms of Organizations commitment but no differences in competition scores The study also manifests that the organizational commitment of Chinese coaches as a group in bond has significant influences on job performance, in which, affective commitment has a significant impact on task performance, contextual performance and counter-productive performance,and normative commitment has the marked impact on counter-productive performance.
