摘要
This study aims to establish the key success factors of innovative and sustainable management of catering industry. This study applies Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to establish a hierarchy model with 4 dimensions: Members participating in innovation, Organizational system, Innovative protection, and Surrounding environment. It aims to hierarchicalize, structurize, and quantify the innovative management indicators in catering industry. Having investigated 256 supervisors and consumers in catering industry, the innovative management indicators and the weight system are established. The findings show that: 1) organizational system plays a critical role in innovative management, Supporting adventure and change and Tolerating mistakes are better emphasized in Organizational culture; 2) organizational equivalent privacy is better focused in Innovative protection; 3) communication competence of R&D supervisors is better stressed in Members participating it: innovation; and 4) customer interactions are paid more attention in Surrounding environment.
