摘要：
With China's e-commerce and the express industry of rapid development, reciprocal influence and restraining each other and mutual bottleneck, only the coordinated development to promote each other. In this paper, "e-commerce enterprises operating income" and "express portfolio" are used as a measure of the degree of coordination e-commerce and express industry's two key index. Then, 1997-2009 years of relevant data is collected and the cointegration test conducted. Test results show that two index is not a co-integration relationship and E-commerce and the express industry has not coordinated development in China. Finally, measures is proposed to achieve coordinated development between E-commerce and the express industry.
