摘要：
We study the global existence, uniqueness, and regularity of solutions to the Cauchy problem for the Vlasov-Poisson-Fokker-Planck system, and we consider the asymptotic behavior of solutions with small but otherwise general data. Also, we give the decay property for the collision-less Vlasov-Poisson system in general dimension.
