Research on the Learning Party Organization in Higher Education Institutions

Learning type party organization takes the learning type organization theory as the basis. The paper researches the theory of the learning type party organization. The author thinks from the point of learning type organization theory and opinion, we believe learning type party organization building must start from the following areas: learning atmosphere, learning condition and environment, organization spirit, systematic thinking and team learning.
