摘要
According to the system theory, the structure of the network determines characteristics of the network. The research on network structure variables the aggregation coefficient, average shortest path length, degree distribution aims to identify the contact between network and risks, and improve and promote the formation and development of Regional Cooperative Innovation Networks based on Industry-University-Research Institution.
