摘要：
From the development trend of the international community responsibility, more and more companies will be independent of social responsibility report, that helps them disclose information fulfilling its social responsibilities with a more responsible attitude. This paper based on 2008-2013 China 58 listed generating company's specific circumstances, and explained the problem of disclosing social responsibility report.
