摘要
In order to improve the accuracy of computerized ionospheric tomography (CIT) based on the GPS, this paper presents a data fusion method. Due to the significant influence of initial value on CIT, a combination of data from ionosonde and the Advanced Land Observing Satellite (ALOS) Phased Array L-band Synthetic Aperture Radar (PALSAR) is adopted. A more precise electron density profile can then be obtained and used for new initial value. Simulation results in this paper show that compared with traditional method, the combination scheme in this paper can obviously improve the accuracy of the ionospheric reconstruction.
