WHITE-COLLAR CRIMES IN INDIA AND THEIR EFFECT ON THE SOCIETY

There is no denying the fact through ages crimes have also occurred and been committed in society. The only difference that can be pointed out now is that the transgression that takes place in the contemporary world is in total opposite to the offenses that took place in the far past. Such transgression is quite difficult to point out and the occurrence takes place so deeply and swiftly and even before realization the crime is already done with. India too has seen a growth in such types of crimes and although new to this field is working efficiently in bringing the scale down the same. Finally, this article is an effort in the direction of curbing such crimes, steps that need to be taken, and what lacks in the implementation of regulations that allows individuals with monetary supremacy to control, align and manage governments, state authorities, etc. to commit a crime of such grave implications in broad daylight.
