摘要
The research of swirl water jet is an important topic in the field of Fluid Mechanics. This paper explores the velocity and pressure field of swirl water jet using fluent software,for the application in dust controlling. The dust moving track in dust catcher is discussed. The control function of swirl water jet for dust is displayed visually,result shows that the best controlling dust place of swirl water jet is located at 400-1000mm from the nozzle. In the position, the rotational water flow can form water cover with three negative pressure zones. So it controls dust effectively.
