摘要
A multiband antenna with a microstrip feed line and square shape slots with defected ground structure is presented in this paper. Application of this antenna is also presented in this paper. This antenna is designed on FR4 substrate and feed by a 50 Omega modified microstrip line. This designed antenna has overall size of 50 x 50 mm. Antenna is symmetrical about both the axis. A multiband antenna is operates on multiple frequency so this antenna covers three different frequencies as 2.3 GHz, 5.3 GHz and 6.7 GHz. All of these frequencies are applicable for GSM, Bluetooth, WiFi, WiMAX, and some other broadband applications. Return loss (S-11), VSWR, Surface current, Radiation pattern are simulated and observed on CST simulation software.
