GPS-based continuous displacement monitoring system

The displacement of the ground is measurable in three dimensions with high-precision by receiving the signal from a GPS satellite. We have a number of GPS-based continuous monitoring systems installed at various strategic locations, and have obtained enormous observation results. The high-precision observation by GPS is enabled by performing continuous observations, and equalizing and predicting the observation error of GPS signal. The GPS continuous monitoring system consists of GPS sensor, power supply system, data-communications system, and continuous analysis system. We herein briefly introduce how this system is configured in the real observation fields and what kind of results this system has brought about.
