摘要
any psychotherapy even though they need it because they usually do not have enough motivation or psychological distress to consider of a psychotherapeutic treatment. Using the experience in treating Crohn's disease patients in a controlled interdiciplinary multicenter study (Jantschek et al. 1998; Keller et al. 1994) general an special difficulties concerning the process of coping with the disease are shown and as a conclusion a concept of a disease oriented group-therapy is derived. In two case examples psychodynamic interaction between disease behaviour and medical interventions are presented a consequence of transference in the doctor-patient relationship.
