摘要
This study aims to describe the operation of a Field Oriented Control (FOC) through simulation, in a Surface Mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM). As for the implementation was use a bidirectional current source power inverter with elements of Silicon Carbide (SiC) and a PWM modulation technique. From the proposed topology, it is possible to analyze the behavior of the system at high frequencies (100 kHz). As a result of the simulation, the performance has been improved and also the size of the passive components has been reduced, this demonstrates the importance and potential use of this topology in electric traction systems
