摘要
Understanding the behavioural aspects of e-learner should enhance in the design and development of e-learning tools and system. Thus, this study examines these behavioural factors and its relationship with intention to use e-learning. Quantitative approach using questionnaire survey has been used in the study. The respondents comprised of 87 academicians and 270 students who are the users of e-learning system. They were randomly selected through structured sampling method at a Public University. Results showed that the behavioural factors are attitude, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norm, injunctive norm, descriptive norm and self-efficacy. Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, and injunctive norm were found to be related to intention to use e-learning. However, no relationship was found between self-efficacy, subjective norm, and descriptive norm with intention to use e-learning. Perceived ease of use has strongest relationship with the intention to use e-learning. Generally, there is a significant relationship between user's behavioural factors and the intention to use e-learning. Behavioural factors explained a total of 69% (p < 0.001) of variation of intention of user to use e-learning.
