摘要
Cloud computing is changing the scope of IT management, and organization need to be highly adaptable to safeguard the continuity of their business operations, making software even more attractive as a service and shaping the way IT hardware is designed and purchased. Therefore, the developers need not invest always on either software or hardware to deploy their service. Thus, Cloud computing is particularly valuable because it shifts capital expenditures into operating expenditures This has the benefit of decoupling growth from cash on hand or from requiring access to capital. It also shifts risk away from an organization and onto the cloud provider. Hence to retain profit while accessing a pooled of resources on a pay-as-you-go basis we provide a numbers of system characteristic of infrastructure vendor, service provider and as well as customer, that alter the economics of information technology. Resource Scheduling is one of the main concerns in profit maximization for which we take MOBA as it resolves the global convergence problem.
