摘要
In this paper, the cause of the rotor eddy current of a vernier permanent-magnet synchronous machine (VPMSM) is analyzed through comparison with a conventional surface-mounted PMSM (CPMSM). The effects of a rotor eddy current on the VPMSM performance were analyzed. The results between CPMSP, VPMSM that does not take into account rotor eddy current and VPMSM with rotor eddy current designed with the same performance and size are compared.
