摘要
Objective: This study aims to develop a patient safety culture model by analyzing factors, individuals, organizations and the environment. Methods: The stages of the research method began with collecting data with questionnaires to 207 respondents, in-depth interviews and observation of the hospital environment, then the results of the data collection were analyzed univariately and conducted by the FGD with the Hospital. Results: The results of the study found that the safety culture model in the Majene Hospital is a Hierarchy culture, the hospital has implemented a patient safety program even though it has not been optimal. Therefore the Majene Regional Hospital needs to apply knowledge sharing, develop internal policies related to reporting, improve team work, create a culture of not blaming and rewarding employees who have good performance related to patient safety. Conclusion: The picture of patient safety culture in Majene Regional Hospital, based on known assumptions indicators, the patient safety program that runs is a mandatory government program for accreditation demands, the patient safety program has been implemented in hospitals, but has not been implemented optimally.
