摘要：
DEA method is widely accepted in evaluation of financial efficiency. While the efficiency issues with uncertain data can not be solved easilily. In this paper a fuzzy non-radial data envelopment model is proposed to deal with the aforementioned issues. An empirical study of commercial banks in China is also supplied, to test the merits of evaluation algorithm in this paper.
