摘要：

In Europe, there is a certain variability in the way oral food challenges are performed in the different allergy centers. For such reason, the Italian Society of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology (SIAIP) decided to run a survey in different European countries, to assess local habits in performing these tests and to look for possible differences. We are here presenting the results of an online survey, to which 120 allergy centers answered, distributed in France, Italy, Spain and the UK. Even though a few differences rose from this survey, the way patients are managed seem concordant between the different European countries. (C) 2020 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
