摘要：

Structural modification of co-precipitated cobalt ferrite nanoparticles can be done by varying the annealing temperature and the temperature of synthesis process. Experimental results show that the dependence of crystallite sizes for both the annealing temperature and the temperature of synthesis process were successfully demonstrated using XRD. The SEM images confirm that the heating treatment assisted interaction between individual particles resulting the homogenization of grains size.
