摘要：

In this paper, with DEA model we make a deep synthetic comparison and evaluation on the students' cultivation efficiency of fifteen colleges and universities in author's home-province. First, we introduce the principle and advantages of DEA model in appraising the efficiency of units with multi-inputs and multi-outputs. Then, with each college or university as an independent unit, we make a detailed empirical study on the students' cultivation efficiency of the fifteen colleges and universities. The result shows that seven of them have comparatively lower efficiency than the others, according to which the paper provides the countermeasures.
