INSTITUTIONAL PROVIDING OF LOCAL SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN AGRARIAN SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY

The article examines the elements of the institutional environment. The analysis of the "institute" and "institution" terms is carried out. It was found out that the formation of the institutional provision of local social responsibility of individuals is influenced by the social and economic development of the country. The factors influencing the formation of the environment of local social responsibility of the agrarian enterprise are substantiated. The dynamics of gross domestic product in some countries and regions of the world is analyzed. It has been established that the level of inflation in Ukraine, which has been observed in recent years, is too high. It leads to a decrease in the standard of living and welfare of the population. It is proposed to consider the environment of local social responsibility formation in the agrarian enterprise in the context of local social responsibility perceptions: individual, organizational, institutional, economic, personnel, social, ecological, infrastructure, environmental and climatic, technical and technological. It is proved that the factors of both external (socially responsible business) and internal (corporate social responsibility) environment are influenced by each of the components of the local social responsibility environment. It is revealed that as a result of the formation of local social responsibility environment has a positive result which is created in the context of each specified elements. The directions of institutional provision of social responsibility and local social responsibility of the agrarian sector in terms of levels of functioning are analyzed. Some efficient juridical legal documents are proposed, which will significantly improve the development of social responsibility at all levels of the hierarchy. It is substantiated that institutes of influence on social responsibility depend on formal and informal institutions. The institutional provision of local social responsibility of the subjects of the agrarian sector of the economy is given, taking into account the following components: economic, ecological, personnel and social components.
