摘要
Knowledge workers' commitment to the organization is receiving recognition in business cycle recently. The goals of this study were to investigate the psychological structure of knowledge workers' organizational commitment and it's antecedents. To gain these objects, we conducted a research of worker's OC in high technology enterprises in ShenYang by means of some methods, such as interview, questionnaire etc. In data analysis, some traditional statistical methods, such as exploring factor analysis, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, were used. The result showed that OC should be multidimensional psychological structures. After factor analysis, the data showed that should be 5 factors in OC, which were respectively named as affective commitment(AC), ideal commitment(IC), normative commitment(NC), regional commitment(RC) and continuance commitment(CC).
