摘要：
The paper discusses how to develop a demand-driven training of accounting talents named "mission and target location"; how to inject vitality into the major construction by the advanced education concept and teaching method, progressive teachers and scientific management; how to combine teaching process of Chinese and Western cultures and simulating different ways of accounting knowledge by practice. It also presents the idea of promoting the independent risk management according to different student.
